Q: How do I get it. I'm not in Europe. I do not know what a Firmware is, Where could I Get one? Should I Just change my Time Zone? Should I download something? Should I restart my PSP? Please tell me what to do for me to get my "Go! Messenger". I use Slim unit w/ Darth Vader design.
A: do you have a wireless access point? If so connect your psp to the internet over network settings and then infrastructure. Once connected to the internet plug your psp into your charger and plug the charger in then go to the top of the settings section and look for update and then you just update it (firmware is the thing being updated) alternatively some games need a certain firmware (version of the psp) which you need to install to play this is another way to update it IMPORTANT!!! make sure your psp is on charge while updating because if it accidentally runs out of power while updating then your psp is bricked (it wont work) Once updated Go Messeanger will be an option select it and it will take you on to the internet on a certain page from there follow all of it's directions
