on naruto clash of the ninja revolution for wii how do i?

Q: (this is the one for the wii. when im saske attacking garra in the woods, it says beet him with the chidori at maximum power. what does that meen? i tried beating him when my life is full dint work. and i tryed beeting him when his chakura is fully up..... STILL WONT WORK!!! HELP
